About Us
It's a company with one national agricultural industrialization leading enterprise, one China Branding Business brand and two Hubei Famous Trademark brands. The Company Technology Center was recognized as The National R & D Sub-center of Tea Processing Technology. It has 70 tea processing plants which directly covers 300 thousand mu standardized tea base and have driven 200,000 farmers in 2 districts & 4 counties in Yichang. We implement the purchase contract and drive the steady growth of the tea growers' income according to the "Farmers employees" management concept.
We adopt the mode of "market + company + base + peasant " to manage the company. We take advantage of the unique greenhouse climate in Zigui Gaoxiapinghu and built a new tea base of an area over 10000 mu in Maoping county. We take advantage of the history & culture and the existing resources and built a white tea base and a brick tea base. We built standard oolong tea base in Zhangcunping county which has abundant phosphate resources and built a base for health tea processing and a demonstration tea garden based on modern mechanized management in Wuduhe county. Our business line has covered five of the Six Categories of Tea, including green tea, white tea, dark tea, oolong tea and black tea, and we have formed an industrial economic chain for sharing the resources, technological complementarities, establishing market and developing together.
Xiao's Group is the first tea company which promote developing the enterprise by science & technology in Hubei province. It's the only one which has imported equipments among the tea firms in Hubei Province so far, and it has renovated and built the first efficient tour demonstration tea garden ( It located in Dengcun, Yiling Dstrict, and completed in 2008. ) and the first modern demonstration tea base ( It located in Wuduhe County, Yiling District, and completed in 2010 ) in Hubei province.
